By considering the day increasing expansion of internet in the world and also in our country, Saba E-Commerce Development Institution was established in 1383 (2004-05) with the aim of expansion and improving the space of business in internet through a model of business based on contents and models and submit different internet services such as creating crowded traffic internet sites and facilitating the research in the market.
